By using Overhear ("the Service"), you agree to these terms.

1. Description of Service

Overhear is a voice-first AI assistant built by Goedel Machines. It allows you to interact with your digital services — including email — using voice commands.

2. Account and Access

You must sign in with a Google account to use Overhear. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Overhear is currently in closed beta and access is by invitation only.

3. Gmail and Third-Party Access

By connecting third-party accounts (including Gmail), you authorize Overhear to access, read, process, and act on data from those accounts to provide and improve the service. You can revoke access at any time from your account settings or the third-party provider's settings.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Overhear to:

• Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk email
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
• Interfere with or disrupt the service

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Overhear are owned by Goedel Machines. By using the service, you do not acquire any ownership rights. Content you create or transmit through the service remains yours, but you grant us a license to use it as needed to provide and improve the service.

6. Disclaimer

Overhear is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate. Overhear uses AI to process your requests, and AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming any actions taken on your behalf.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goedel Machines and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

9. Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Goedel Machines operates.
