Goedel Machines ("we", "us", "our") operates Overhear, a voice-first AI assistant available at https://www.overhear.ai and as a mobile application.

Information We Collect

Account Information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account.

Gmail Data: With your explicit permission, Overhear accesses your Gmail account to read and send emails on your behalf. This access is used solely to fulfill your voice commands during active sessions.

Voice Data: Your voice is processed in real-time to convert speech to text. We do not store audio recordings. Transcripts of your conversations with Overhear are stored to provide conversation history.

Contacts: You may optionally provide contact names and email addresses to enable voice-based email addressing.

• We do not sell Gmail data to third parties
• We do not use Gmail data for serving advertisements

• Authentication tokens are stored securely in our database

• We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service
